Fix check for no notes in variables variable.

Move stickynote config into Content authoring section

Hide table when there are no notes.

1968110 - Author column added to table. Variables are now passed to the theme function as an array of stickynote objects. This makes overriding the theme function easier and cleaner.

1562084 - Forgot to add views include that adds basic views functionality.

Fixed issue with nl2br being called from within filter_xss. Apparently this doesn't work. Calling nl2br on filtered text now.

Added more granular permissions options. (view own, delete own, etc...)
Removed uneeded automatic role settings on stickynote block. Previously automatically set to only show to administrator role.

Configuration:
Added configuration page where sitewide date format for notes can be configured.

Removed License.txt from git repo.

xss attacks are now blocked.

Refine theme function for notes list. Add stickynote_get_notes function to return all notes for specific url.
