When editing an event as an organizer who didn't create the event node on GDO the "signup" setting flips back to enabled even it is disabled before the edit and the fieldset is not viewable to the organizer so we have to track down the event creator to make the change again.

http://groups.drupal.org/node/171134 is one that keeps having to be re-updated by Tom after I make it featured or not.

I'd like to update the signup module as we're on rc6 and the release is 1.0. However there are some bugs in the 1.0 so I asked them to create a 1.1 #1298530: Create 6.x-1.1 release.

Let's see where that goes.

when I changed their tag from 'featured' to 'lessons'. I contacted the poster (Andrew) who closed signups again.
