Refactor Invites to use tokenized links in emails

Rather than require a three-way handshake, accepting an invite should be as simple as clicking on a tokenized link in an email (similar to a registration acceptance link).

The waiver status needs to be decoupled from the process to make this happen, so a new strategy will need to be thought out.
