Voting starts in March for the Drupal Association Board election.
I understand the idea behind making a total reset, but when using panels everywhere and precision to prototype a site one of the following things would be great.
1) Make it possible to not use reset.css. Thereby elements like h2, ul and so on would have some standard margins, so the site will look fairly good without having to style each element separately for a simple prototype.
2) Supply a default-elements.css which optionally could be added to the sub theme making the first prototype of the site look fairly good.
That would really make the use of panels everywhere and precision much easier to use.
