I cannot find the robots tag. I have not enabled the Open Graph meta tags module as I do not know what Open Graph meta tags are and I have no need for anything I don't know about.

Where is the hidden setting?

admin/config/search/metatags

Override, then click Advanced.

Oh my godness... major usability issue...

Regarding the Robots meta tag. Using the settings here:

admin/config/search/metatags Override, then click Advanced

I can configure the Robots meta tag globally, per node type, per taxonomy term, per user and/or for the front page. Can this module be configured to default to an empty robots meta tag, but then be overridden on a node-by-node basis? So if I go to node/12345/edit, can I configure the robots tag just for that node?

Thanks in advance!

@hass: The most recent core release fixes a bug with nested fieldsets that prevented the 'Advanced' tab from showing up on node forms, etc. If you have suggestions on how to improve a meta tag that not most of the end-users touch, please file a new feature request.

@jamesmorrish and @iamEAP and @adelka: Yes, you should just be able to edit the global configuration for robots and then edit them individual on the 'Advanced' fieldset in the meta tag vertical tab for nodes. If this doesn't work as expected, please file a new support request.

Hi,
This is a closed issue, but this issue is the closest I can see related to the fact that, so if it is ok I open it again. Otherwise sorry for opening a closed issue.
I think somewhere has to be set site wide... noindex/nofollow.

Now as I understand the working correctly I have to go into all meta tags, override them and check

Prevent search engines from indexing this page.
Prevent search engines from following links on this page.

Thanks a lot in advance for considering this. And sorry if I was not allowed to open this issue again, but it took me quite some time to find the correct working.
Greetings, Martijn
