I have installed heartbeat 6.x module in drupal 6.22 version but when i do some activity then it will not showing any activity. I have gone all these settings but i cant find solution so please help me how to overcome of this problem.

Strange stuff. So I can reproduce it through installing:
- a new drupal site 6.22
- heartbeat latest release
- The rules module and heartbeat rules (hopefully you activated that one too to see it working out of the box) and tokens

Is that the correct setup?

I just tried what you described, maybe you forgot rules, who actually logs the activity to the database ...

The screenshot shows what you could have set up in 5 minutes.
