I am trying to figure out how to make the contact form like you did with http://www.myacpl.org/contact/us

I like the layout, but can't figure out how to do it. Still new to Drupal.

It is just html (using a table to lay it out in a grid) in a drupal page.

Create a page.
Select "Full html" input format.
paste the html into the body.
