Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
It is not a distribution, just a bundle of modules without proper install profile or features, using database dump to start the site, as some pseudo-drupal-themes-installers are doing. Plus, since the database dump is in the sites/default directory and not in the install profile directory, it doesn't work with Aegir. No plans to support this kind of pseudo-distro.
Building now, should have a release of the next version for Monday but just wondering if you need a drush.make file to consider this a "real" install profile or not. I'm not entirely sure how to make them correctly as I don't use drush for development. Just wanted to know if that was required or not to get included in the package.
Great! Thanks for clearing that up. New installer is completely self-contained and built off of the profiler module. Will update as soon as it's ready. Thanks again.
Is there anything additionally I need to do to the distro to have it added to the project homepage / core download of the BOA HEAD? Just trying to mark this complete from my end if it is.
ELMS has moved to drupal.org and is fully packaged there via drupal.org/project/elms; There is also a beta release available so wasn't sure how to indicate that it could be included instead of alpha6 as is there currently.

btopro CreditAttribution: btopro commentedouch, harsh reality there ;-). Next version will use profiler, features and feature server so it should be 'legit'

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedThe Drush makefile is not required at all.
The only requirement is that it has to use native Drupal installation profile to create a site, not any db dump.

Let me know if it needs anything additional to get included and I'll make sure to roll that into things when it goes Beta in a few months

omega8cc CreditAttribution: omega8cc commentedIt will be marked as fixed when it will be added - it is in progress while we are busy with other work at the moment. Sorry for the delay.
