Charset problem?

I have an issue on running cron after creating any content (see screenshot attached).
Running cron without anything published works like a charm.
My guess is that it is a charset problem, but I'm just getting mad trying to solve it, anyone else having this issue? Any idea on how to solve this?

I have latest beta version, apache uses UTF-8 and a solr instance running.
