hey there,

it's great that this theme already invokes HTML shiv. it could also load a CSS3 enabling script on IE 6 - 9.

what do you think?

IE9 naturally supports CCS3. But I don't think there is any script that can enable CSS3 for older versions of IE even though you can make them understand the HTML5 tags with shiv etc.
