The $settings variable is optional in invisimail_encoder_html_entities_encode and invisimail_encoder_js_entities_encode. In both function $settings is by default an empty array, this raise the classical undefined index error:

Notice: Undefined index: link in invisimail_encoder_html_entities_encode() (line 505 of xy/sites/all/modules/invisimail/invisimail.module).
