Which CRONTAB are Octopus satellite CRON entries stored in?

I'm trying to resolve a problem with having the task+site queue processed for my two satellite Octopus/aegir instances.

The master site seems to work fine and I am assuming that it's entry is under the Aegir user. would the satellite Octopus/aegir instances also be processed from that user entry or should they be under the user associated with that satellite Octopus/aegir instance? I ask because I checked one of the Crontabs for those users and it was empty

I tried the /var/aegir/drush/drush.php '@hostmaster' hosting-dispatch --debug command in the site folder of one of the octopus satellites and it still ran the Master one.

Just want to make sure I'm not following the wrong trail
