I'm setting up Drupal for an organisation that wants to use it for collaborative work with its client groups.

I've installed the Organic Groups plugin, which seems to do what I need - allow members of each group to access and edit content under each Organic Group, whilst keeping that content private. Each client group is set up as an Organic Group.

I want the front page of the site to simply list the client groups, and nothing else. I don't need any dates or descriptions, just a list.

As far as I can tell, this is configured through views, and the frontpage view. However, creating a new view called frontpage doesn't seem to make any difference to the front page at all.

Also, each group is listed with date and description.

I have been going round in circles with this, trying different things, and trying to follow the documentation, but I am getting nowhere. Can anyone help?
