Feature request: restore database from external Drupal installation

I just thought of a nice potential feature for this module - installing a backup from an external Drupal application. I often work on one server, and need to migrate it to another server. This means creating the backup, and moving it to the other server, then restoring it. If this were possible to do through the admin interface, it would be a nice feature.
