I put in some help text because the field by itself is pretty bland and doesnt let users know what or how to use it but its not displaying on the node/add page.

When you add the field to a content type - just like an image field or a node reference field - you can set the label and add a description that suits your needs. Then, depending on your admin theme, the description will appear near (or on hover) the field and help the user figure out what to do.

I know this and put in text for the help text but its not displaying.

Ah ok, was not understanding the issue.

The Label and Description/Help Text for the field aren't showing properly - I will fix this as soon as possible.

The dev release isn't showing up yet - but once it does it will be in there.
