When the Trigger module is activated, it should insert itself into the System fieldset on the admin/config page. At the moment, you can only navigate to Trigger configuration (admin/structure/trigger) from the admin/modules page.

try to navigate to admin/structure and you'll see it. Also when Trigger is active there is Configure link on the modules page.

jfinkel CreditAttribution: jfinkel commentedYes, but this is very confusing. Triggers are used with Actions. Actions are configured on the admin/config page (in the System fieldset). Why should Triggers not also be listed here?
