on admin/appearance with the Adaptive theme enabled, the AT Subtheme 7.x-1.2 has a "documentation" link, which returns a 404, it points to here: http://adaptivethemes.com/documentation/starter-theme-documentation

Ops, my bad, I have added a redirect so that link will work now - I'll update this in the dev version. Thank-you very much for pointing this out.
