I am not able to duplicate this content. I keep fiddling as I would like to offer different options to a user based on job_per_template content option.

Anybody done it? any guidelines to follow? I am a noob and i can't get it to work.. I feel I am missing something.

Any opinions?

duplicating content is out-of-scope for the recruiter distribution.
job_per_template just means, that users fill out a form rather than uploading files or adding links to external jobs
