Issues with the view implemented by the module

When I enable the view implemented by the module, and I go to the edit form, I get the following notice repeated four times:

Notice: Undefined variable: options in redirect_handler_filter_redirect_type->get_value_options() (line 16 of /Library/WebServer/Documents/dr71/sites/all/modules/redirect/views/redirect_handler_filter_redirect_type.inc).

The other issue is that, when I click on "Redirect: Type (in Unknown)" listed under "Filter criteria," I always get a dialog box with the following text:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.

I am using Views 7.x-3.x-dev, and Chaos Tools 7.x-1.x-dev.
