In the Zones and region configuration tab; the Unassigned regions box encloses two elements:

  1. "There are no unassigned regions" message
  2. Sidebar First container

The sidebar is correctly hidden: I made its zone "None" and it behaves as I expect.

But the message is contradictory.

Really getting to love this!
