Token not replacing correct users name on profiles

I'm using realname module along with tokens to generate meta tags for the profile pages. I'm finding that all of the user based tokens only show the user that is viewing the page. In other words, if I look at another persons profile, the title and other meta tags generate with my info, not the user's that I looking at. This seems to happen only on the profile sections because I find that the user tokes work as expected in a story where I might have [realname-node-author] inserted in the description or keywords. I thought I had seen something like this before, but I can't find the solution now.
