just upgraded on a test database and i seem to be missing some menu options, most notably:

administer -> configuration
administer -> accounts
administer -> modules -> *

this takes away a HUGE portion of administration, any idea where these have gone?

figured it out. once i upgraded the theme iw as using to the latest version there now appears to be tabs on certain administrative pages. most of the functionality i was looking for in particular was moved to
administer -> users -> configure (tab).

not sure if i like the tab idea or not since it hid from me initially. i may grow to like it though.
