The results of the content audit for the Reference book are in this spreadsheet, sorted by Node title:
https://spreadsheets1.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=txdJ1HKWRzpoTjWJWxV...

I need a volunteer or two with excellent written English skills to a) comment here to request edit access and b) take on cleaning up the nodes based on what was found in the audit.

If anything seems controversial, create a new issue, and keep this one for tracking the progress of the cleanup.

Node titles will have duplicate rows, because there's one for the annotation row, and one for each flag.

Let me know if you have questions. This is a trial run!

I'd like edit access. Just started working on this.

Out of curiosity, how trafficked are the pages in the Reference section? A lot of the information is really out-of-date and I wonder if another tool for sharing code snippets would be preferable. For example, check out Django Snippets.

JuliaKM, can you send me your email address via my contact form? I will give you edit access to both this book and the other one.

^ Rather, i'll give you edit access to the srpeadsheet; you already have edit access to the book nodes

As for visits to the reference section, the top level book got 83 page views (it's not linked from anywhere) and snippets got 1450 page views. But the Structure book got 13493 page views, and the first node in that book got 6174 page views.

It seems sensible that the contents could be divided and placed into another book. I think there are other issues out there regarding this, and you should check w/ arianek and jhodgdon as well.

Thanks for access to the docs and the Google analytics screenshots.

When working on the Google Doc, is there a standard way to mark what's done? I've been highlighting the rows in green if they are done and yellow if in progress.

Thanks for your help.

Hey JuliaKM, highlighting rows is fine. You are the only one working on that section anyway. :)
