OR operations so one controlled field has multiple controllers

I have 8 resource types which are my dependees which some of them will share the same special fields. So for instance, the dependent field of URL will belong to the resource types association, journal, magazine, newspaper, and website (these are the dependees). When I go in and select the values to be "Any of these values..." and enter in (one per line) the four dependee resource types, my URL dependent field shows up for none of the dependee resource types.

How can I fix this issue? Thanks!
