Overlay is an issue especially if I am using other modules. It would be nice for a function/option to disactivate overlay with the eRecruiter modules as personally I prefer to see jobs description in a new window and not in a overlay format.

If this function is possible to disactivate by using coding, please specify how and where to find this code especially for a starter such as myself.

you can easily do this by removing the recruiter-colorbox class in the view.
