Saving changes on the Calais tab of an article destroys URL path settings [#1186040]

After saving any change to a node via the Calais tab the Automatic alias button on the node will uncheck itself and the alias value will be deleted.

Really scratching our heads on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

I know of a site that has started having this problem.

I suspect this is a general problem with how data is saved as this site I'm helping with also looses data from the Scheduler module upon saving the Calais terms.
