UI LAYOUT SETTINGS > Primary layout - cannot disable layouts

Hello, on the config screen at:
admin/appearance/settings/omega

DEFAULT (960PX) LAYOUT SETTINGS

• NARROW LAYOUT
• NORMAL LAYOUT
• WIDE LAYOUT

The settings do not save when unchecking any of these boxes. I did not wish to use the wide or narrow layout in my current design, so I went to disabled them but the settings don't save - all layouts remain always enabled.

I am using the latest git version of Omega 3.x, I have also tested this condition with a fresh install of Drupal 7.2 and Omega git latest fresh out of the box. I installed these latest versions of Drupal and Omega, enabled Omega theme, and found the same issue with the checkboxes not saving settings.
