It seems that PR creates new directories at will.
There must be a reason for this but it makes it difficult to insert my own header.png.
When PR spawns a new directory the header image reverts to the default.
Is there a better/more permanent way to change the header image?
Thanks, CC

Every time I make changes to PR's appearance, even just to change the logo, the header image (header.png) reverts to the default!
That's because a change in appearance results in a new directory. What a pain. Is this really necessary? Is it a D7 thing or a PR thing?
Where does it get the default header.png from. If I could replace that file with my own it might keep the image when a different change is made.

ontological CreditAttribution: ontological commentedI have not had this problem, but did experience some odd behavior when I created a PR sub-theme and did not have the color module items copied correctly. Maybe this is a hint that could help?

Jeff Burnz CreditAttribution: Jeff Burnz commentedIts a Drupal thing, not a PR thing. Its just how color module works. However, the mistake you are making is to edit these generated CSS files, instead you can either add your own custom CSS file and call the custom header image or if you use the latest version you can use the Noggin module to replace the header image.
