Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Install profiles are hidden by default, but since Open Outreach is a feature it needs to be visible.
Need to add

Anne Marie Mortensen CreditAttribution: Anne Marie Mortensen commentedInstalled Open Outreach v.7.x-1.0-rc-2 in the root directory of this subdomain:
stmarkgospel.hopetheatre.com
The installation did not proceed as was described in the installation support video by Chocolate Lily:
- selected to install Open Outreach
- added the data base and username/password
- modules added, seemed to be fine
**When I got to the 'Configure Site' screen, it did not look like the screen in the video tutorial. There was no option to choose flavours or customise Open Outeach Standard Features. There were input boxes for Site Information, and Site maintenance Account. I input that information and I can log in to the site as admin, however, the site looks just like a standard Drupal site, with the little blue icon and blue bars, and when I try to look at it as a normal user, I get a 'permission denied' response.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of the files, I have tried deleting and creating a new subdomain - nothing works to fix this.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. The attachment is a list of the files in the root folder of the sub-directory.

rosemarymann CreditAttribution: rosemarymann commentedI have posted updated documentation for the install process which now uses Apps. You may want to try again and see if you are getting the screens/results as now outlined. The screencast will still be outdated--we'll try to get to that as time permits.
I have restored the original title and settings to this issue, as what you are relating is quite different. If your issue persists, please post as a new issue--thanks.

Will look at your new updated documentation first!
