This is a follow up on #1105296 comment #15 and #17

Galleria does not support 2 different themes on the same page. It supports multiple Galleria's per page, but both must be the same theme. Therefore I think we just need to move the theme selection to the global settings page.

I will work at a patch for this, but I do not have alot of time right now.

Them selection should be part of the settings form.
And then the per-galleria settings feature should be implemented.
