d6 update functions in d7 imagecache_canvasactions.install [#1170768]

The Drupal 7 version of imagecache_canvasactions.install contains the D6 update function imagecache_canvasactions_update_6201()

I reckon this can be removed.

Not when you are upgrading from 6.x-1.8 - the recommended release for D6! - to D7.
