Chats names not displayed

Hi all,

I'm having a weird problem. When a user wants to chat with a staff member and clicks the button 'Chat with the staff member' a new chat is created, that's okay, but when the staff member looks at his Active & Open Chats, the chat name does not appear / is not visible, only the Messages count & Last message are visible, not the chat name / title.

It's weird because when the staff member or user manualy creates a chat, the chat name is visible! But when a chat is created via the button 'Chat with staff member', the chat name isn't visible. I allready checked my database, but there everything is stored correctly.

Can somebody help?
