The issue is that the button “Arrange Fields” button is not displayed after the modules “WebForm v7.x-3.11” and “Arrange Fields v7.x-1.0-beta5” are installed and enabled. I have enabled the security (all the checkboxes) for the administrator account, but the problem still exists. This problem happens on the remote hosting server (PHP Version 5.2.6-1+lenny10). However, this works fine on my local machine (MacOS 10.6 with default web hosting).

No error is the log report when enabling and disabling the above modules.
