I have created a Taxonomy menu, and I have shown it in a Menu block.
The list of taxonomy terms grows and grows. The most recently added are the most relevant, end they are maintained in the top of the taxonomy tree.
But the menu block grows, too. Would a pager fit in this module? I requires a new option 'number of items'. like you have in a Views block display.

No, a general pager for a menu would not be a useful feature. I'd suggest either a glue module that works with Taxonomy menu or a feature in Taxonomy menu that integrates with Menu block.
