All galleries page CSS problem [#1147824]

There are 2 CSS problems on the all galleries page (taxonomy/term).
- background stack image height is not defined, taking up the whole page
- meta wrapper misaligned due to parent div not position relative

The background stack image appears to be fixed in beta6, however the meta wrapper issue still exists forcing the display of the title 'on hover' to appear at the bottom of the browser window.

This only occurs for anonymous users. I can confirm this patch resolves the issue.

Sorry, I believed I dropped using media gallery for that project and this is rather old. So do not have a copy to reproduce it. You will have to test it yourself to check if it is still an issue.
