Could you provide instruction how to use the theme ? And is it a theme or module ? I installed it together with mobile_tools and cant find a way not to show right sidebar.

cweagansOkay. Check the theme out from git. I'll roll another release here soon. I had a minor failure that was causing the CSS not to be loaded correctly. It's working for me now. I used mobile_tools to switch the theme for mobile devices. Maybe give that a try and see if you can document it? I'd be happy to include it as a README or something.

cweagansPut it in sites/all/themes/mobile_ginkgo and install mobile_tools. The mobile_tools admin page is fairly self-explanatory.

cweagansThat's off topic in this issue, but I'll answer anyways - it's not really abandoned...I just don't have an Open Atrium install to maintain anymore, so I haven't been actively been adding new features or bug fixes.
If there's a bug or a feature request, I'll probably download OA and do the work on the theme, but I will not likely go out of my way to add things to this theme.
If there's somebody that would like to be added as a comaintainer, I'm okay with that, so long as they maintain some other themes (preferably mobile themes).
