Releases for Node Auto Queue

A compatible release with nodequeue 7.x-3.x

Revert the tag 7.x-1.9 with 7.x-1.6.
This is done because this module is depend on nodeque module. When nodequeue release the Recommended releases of 7.x-3.x. We will also release this.

This release is intended to provide comparability support with Nodequeue module.

Only add "Auto Node Queue" fieldset to node forms if a queue is available.
Bug Fixes:
1- Only add "Auto Node Queue" fieldset to node forms if a queue is available.
2- Remove $ID form the files. This is no longer needed in drupal 7.
3- Replace the multiple comments into single line comment inside the functions.

Fixed column not found compatibality issue with nodeque.

Bug fix - stray krumo call

Moved the auto node queue override to the vertical tabs section of the node form, preventing it from randomly appearing amidst entity fields.

Added permission control for fieldset on node page

Fixed the install/uninstall issues
