I was trying to remove the hr {display:none} in core.css because it was interfering with my WYSIWYG profile but it doesn't seem to want to be removed - I've cleared the cache several times but when I view the edit page (or look in Firebug), it still says that the

declaration is set to display:none.

Where else should I make this change?

This is kinda my issue too. What I've found is that a duplicate of the Rubik theme is appearing in my Tao folder. It seems like if I update the original Rubik theme css files that the duplicate Rubik theme in the Tao folder will be updated.

Can someone explain this process?

I'm not sure about the core.css hr style removal issue, perhaps that style should be left there.

To get the hrs to appear in the editor I added this style to tao/css/wysiwyg-styles.css

.cke_show_borders hr {
display: block;
height: 1px;
border-top: 1px solid #666;
