Wrong arguments in i18n_taxonomy_translate_terms

I didn't actually experience buggy behavior... but was just trying to wrap my head around code, and saw "this can't be right."

There's one argument too much in the (recursive) function call - and $filter isn't referenced anywhere else in the function.
