Fixed the following issues:

plus a couple of minor issues that did not make it to the issue queue.
Restored the entity forms for adding/editing/deleted user_history entities as required for Drupal 9.3. However these forms are inaccessible to any user as manual changes are not permitted.

General code cleanup to remove unwanted use staemtnets and ensure all function arguments are correctly specified
Release with some fault fixes and new features. The primary new feature is support for tracking values of fields attached to a user entity. This support is currently limited to just single valued simple text type fields and entity reference fields. Support for more complex fields and multi-valued fields will be added shortly.
Initial Release of 8.x-1.x branch. Refer to README.md for details.
1. Install the module in the usual way.
2. Run the batch initialise process to create initial values for all existing user accounts.
