I cannot found a solution for creating a token that represents the field delta. I want to rename filefields in this way: [nid]-[delta].zip where delta is the "0" based position of that field inside a multivalue.

Here's a patch for the D6 version of filefield_paths that adds a delta token. Implementation is a little hacky, but we needed this to work quickly.
