Site brocken after deletion of DHTML Menu

Hi guys, I've got a problem with my website.
As long as i was using DHTML Menu everything was fine, but now, after i uninstalled the module, my site looks totally horrible.
The navigation bar is partly cut off and the text also totally wrong.
I'm using the Orange theme.

Is there any good solution for this, or do you know what code is changed in other files, so I can change it back?
