In all blocks on homepage titles for blocks look out of place, i.e below the actual title space of the block.
Can this be fixed and if so how?

Sorry folks, it was not a Theme issue at all but a font issue. The default font selected on the Google Fonts page (Nabile) had all titles mislocated for some reason. You can mark this as fixed.
