Suggest to remove "or admin" on the Latest Featured Content view filter

Currently the filter for Latest Featured content Block view selects for:
- Node: Published or Admin
- Content: Featured = Featured

I'd like to propose that the "or Admin" be removed from the Node select. Admins can always find unpublished content using normal Drupal ways, and having these items appear in the Featured block is more noise than value.
