I am working on migrating my current church site from a custom HTML pages into Drupal and we post audio podcast files, video podcast files and a flash video file that is played with JWPlayer on the site. I am wanting something similar to be used here. If OpenChurch does not support this what modules can be installed to get this?

Ya so for podcasts you can either upload them as audio files (using openchurch podcast content) or use http://drupal.org/project/emfield with 3rd party audio/podcasts hosts. For video I would also recommend emfield. At some point in the near future we will use emfield to build an "Openchurch Video" feature.
