Adding in a rudimentary update that allows the Facebook page plugin to render in a block using the newer Facebook API.

Note: Your Facebook Page's App ID is essential configuration for the plugin to work

Note: The block will insert the Facebook JS SDK into $page_top of your html.tpl.php file. If some other module is already adding the SDK, this will be duplicated

If you're upgrading from 7.x-1.3, you may experience some undefined index errors (this is for the new defaults of the new features). To fix, submit the admin form and it should go away. I'm not sure how to fix this yet.
