This attribute is rarely used except when abused for iffy purposes by co-workers, but it would be pretty simple to get Pathologic to support it

Yeah, I can't recall what I meant by the "iffy purposes by co-workers" bit. I guess I was annoyed with someone I was working with at the time.

I don't know. I'll re-open it if it isn't. I was just wanting clarification on the iffy purposes. People do all sorts of weird stuff, so who knows how longdesc was being badly used. Not a big deal.
