3 UI bugs with the current lists.module settings tab at user/N/edit/newsletter:

A) There's a fieldset around the entire thing, when the 3 checkboxes are the only thing on the tab.

B) It's called "My" not "Your".

C) It's one of 7 (yes, 7) sub-tabs of user/N/edit.

All 3 of these problems could be solved by adding the "Newsletter subscriptions" fieldset to the new user/N/notifications tab proposed at #15380: Allow to configure content of issue notification e-mails and at the plan for fixing issue subscriptions on d.o.

So, once we actually have a user/N/notifications tab care of #15380, we can fix all of this.

Here's a patch for this for when #15380: Allow to configure content of issue notification e-mails lands. I'll post some screenies over there, too.

And! Since this is a setting one will change only very infrequently this will hardly be a disruptive change.
