Hiding current week / disabling ability to make a booking till next week

Hi there, I've been playing with the module but have come up against a problem.

Excuse my ignorance in my green state of coding with php and Drupal. But is there a way I can set view to display booking options to end users a week into the future an after only. My requirement is aiming to avoid users seeing current empty spaces within current week to theme up page to move users to call or email an enquiry for availability due to administration lag time to book in and avoid conflicts.

Can anyone suggest how I can achieve my goal.

I would be happy to pay for coaching, consulting or coding.
