Added the Colorbox Link formatter to allow generating a Colorbox link for text and image fields from a file entity page

Manage File Display Media Colorbox settings will now only allow selecting a view mode for the 'File view mode'/'Colorbox view mode' settings that doesn't already use the Media Colorbox formatter/display.
